What data we collect
Booking details: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), pickup and destination addresses, travel dates and times, flight numbers, vehicle preferences and any special requests. Phone enquiries: if you call us, we collect your phone number and the details you give us to arrange your booking. Website use: basic technical data such as IP address and pages visited, collected via standard cookies.
How we use it
We use your data to provide your chauffeur service: confirming bookings, contacting you about pickups, adjusting for flight delays, and handling payments and receipts. We do not sell your data, and we share it only where necessary to deliver your booking (for example, with your allocated chauffeur) or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for up to six years for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted. Marketing contact is only ever with your explicit consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Your rights
