These terms apply to all chauffeur services provided by Manchester Executive Travel, 15 Ayres Road, Manchester M16 9LW (“we”, “us”). By booking with us you agree to these terms.
Bookings and quotes
Bookings can be made through our website booking form or by calling +44 7887 681902. A booking is confirmed once we have accepted it and sent you confirmation. All quotes are fixed at the time of booking and include VAT where applicable.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed with your booking. For account customers, invoices are payable within the agreed terms.
Cancellations
More than 24 hours before pickup: no charge. Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the quoted fare. Less than 4 hours before pickup, or a no-show: the full quoted fare.
Waiting time and delays
We include reasonable waiting time: 30 minutes for airport pickups (with flight monitoring) and 15 minutes for other pickups. Additional waiting is charged at our standard hourly rate. If your flight is delayed, we adjust your pickup at no extra charge.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must wear seatbelts, behave reasonably, and not smoke in the vehicle. Child seats must be requested at booking. We may refuse or terminate a journey if a passenger’s behaviour risks safety, with the full fare still payable.
Luggage and vehicles
Please tell us about oversized luggage (golf clubs, skis, large cases) when booking so we can allocate a suitable vehicle. Vehicles are allocated at our discretion unless a specific model is agreed.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, weather, or flight disruption. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the fare paid for that booking.
